Hi, I'm Phil Malkowski, founder of Jigabits. I have worked in the computer repair industry for over 8 years, and I still love every minute of it. I find it fun to take on the many challenges that fixing a computer may have. I also take pride in educating users on how to prevent further problems.

Over the years, I have built up a wide range of customers: Home users, home businesses, small and medium size offices, you name it. Along the way I have seen a wide range of problems. I have seen a computer with thousands of viruses on it. I've had a PC where an actual mouse was living in it, and I’ve had cases where all I really had to do was press the Caps Lock key. Every problem is unique, and I look forward to solving yours.
